In the animated film "DESPICABLE ME," a deplorable man named Groo plans the ultimate heist: stealing the moon. The only thing standing in his way is a trio of adorable orphans. This marks Universal's first film from billion dollar animation producer Chris Meledandri ("ICE AGE," "ROBOTS," "HORTON HEARS A WHO") and his new Universal Pictures-based family-entertainment unit, Illumination Entertainment. Lending their voices to the project is an accomplished cast of actors that includes: Steve Carell ("HORTON HEARS A WHO"); Jason Segel ("KNOCKED UP"); Kristen Wiig (TV's "Saturday Night Live"); Will Arnett ("RATATOUILLE," "BLADES OF GLORY"); and Russell Brand ("BEDTIME STORIES").

An old sorcerer leaves his workshop in the hands of his apprentice, who is not fully trained in the ways of magic. SALT centers on a CIA officer (Angelina Jolie) who is fingered as a Russian sleeper spy. She eludes capture by superiors who are convinced she is out to assassinate the president. While trying to reunite with her family, she struggles to prove someone else is the traitor. Salt's efforts to prove her innocence only serve to cast doubt on her motives, as the hunt to uncover the truth behind her identity continues and the question remains: "Who Is Salt?"
